Time required for delivery

We make customised and made to order handcrafted jewellery which requires time for processing. Please allow 12-18 business days production time after placing your order and making advance payment. This timeframe allows us to ensure that each piece meets our high standards of craftsmanship and quality. We take pride in the meticulous attention to detail that goes into creating each item, which is why the production period is necessary.

• Kindly be informed we have different production time for different articles.
• Multiple items require more time.
• We would notify you on either call, WhatsApp confirmation message or via Email, about the time that is required for your desired articles.
• Since it is customised handcrafted jewellery, for all articles we also take advance payment, to initiate the order.

Average delivery time is 2-3 weeks based on location and logistics provider. While we strive to meet the estimated dispatch time, unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery schedules. We appreciate your understanding in such situations. If you want your order sooner, kindly let us know on WhatsApp or by email, and we will let you know if that is possible or not. However, for a shorter delivery time we may charge extra.

Price and payment

Since we create made to order handmade customised jewellery, we take 50% payment in advance. The rest can be made at the time of delivery. Once the payment is made to our bank account or via jazzcash, you can share the transaction details with us for verification. Please note that payment verification may take up to 2 days after which we may start processing your order.

Please note that the prices mentioned with the products are tentative and will depend on customization. Further, we may change prices without any prior notification.

No discounts are available other than during sale time as and when mentioned on our online handles.
