Return and Exchange Policy
We kindly inform our valued customers that all sales are final and we have a no-return no-exchange policy. Due to the nature of our products and to maintain the highest standards of quality and integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged in the process of delivery.
We encourage all customers to review product details carefully before making a purchase. While we make efforts to ensure the product you receive resembles what is pictured on our website as closely as possible, please understand that the photographs are captured under studio conditions and hence the actual product may seem different from its website picture.
Should you receive a product that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us via email or whatsapp within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the situation and provide assistance as appropriate.
Return Policy for Damaged Products
To be eligible for a return or exchange due to product damage, customers must provide an unboxing video as proof.Please ensure the video:
- Starts before the package is opened
- Clearly shows the packaging and shipping label
- Captures the unboxing process in one continuous shot
- Clearly shows the damage to the product
Returns without an unboxing video will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. In case a return or exchange needs to be issued, the customer is responsible for shipping the parcel back to us and shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
